Please provide your photos, instructions, and what type of koozie by email (jpg format) or by mail. Original pictures can be a wallet size or larger, but not bigger than an 8" x 10". The quality of your photo determines the quality of the printed item. “Portrait versus Landscape” – Portrait is better, the image can be transformed to fit on the entire mug. Landscape can be used but it has its limits to how much of the image can be transformed onto the mug The original photo(s) will be returned with the product.
