Your item will be processed within 1 business day once payment, photos and instructions have been received. Once work has begun on your product, your order cannot be canceled without penalty.

Please provide your photo, size of label, and instructions by email (jpg format) or by mail. Original pictures can be a wallet size or larger, but not bigger than an 8" x 10".  The quality of your photo determines the quality of the printed item.  The original photo(s) will be returned with the product.
